Rebel Dev is a trading name of Rebel AI Ltd (company number SC839626). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill in our contact form, we collect: your name, company name (optional), email address, project type, and message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss potential work together.
How we use your data
We use the information you provide to: respond to your enquiry within one working day, discuss your project requirements, and send you a quote or scope if appropriate. We do not use your data for marketing unless you specifically ask us to keep you updated.
Who sees your data
Your data is only accessible to the Rebel Dev team and is used solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Form submissions are processed through Formspree, a secure form handling service. You can read their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
How we store your data
Form submissions are transmitted securely via HTTPS and processed by Formspree. We do not store your data in any other database. Email correspondence is handled through Microsoft 365 with standard encryption.
Business-to-business outreach
We sometimes contact businesses we think could benefit from our services. To do this, we collect publicly available business contact details: name, role, and business email address. We gather these from company websites, job listings, LinkedIn, and Companies House.
Our lawful basis for this is legitimate interests, specifically business-to-business direct marketing. We keep prospecting data for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete it.
Every outreach email says who we are and includes a simple way to opt out. If you opt out, we add you to a suppression list and do not contact you again.
You have the right to object at any time. Email contact@rebeldev.co.uk and we will remove your data promptly.
Cookies
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure how people find the site, and nothing else. On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept cookies for this. Tracking stays off until you click Accept, and if you decline no tracking cookies are set. Your choice is saved in your browser so we do not ask again. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will reappear. No personal data is shared beyond what is necessary for ad measurement. You can also opt out of Google tracking at ads.google.com/settings.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: request a copy of any data we hold about you, ask us to delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@rebeldev.co.uk.
